  • I just turned 35. I am very fit, I do very physical work but I get really run down now and then. I don't know why that is and sometimes after work I just go into a fog and feel real mentally tired and just veg out after eating when I get home. So I guess I need to watch video 2 to find out why you tear little micro fiber when you exercise. I still run on occasion pushing myself really hard for 10 minutes will totally rejuvinate my mood and creat more energy which makes me think its depression.
