About every month or so I go absolutely crazy over a song ... it grabs a hold of my brain with the Kung Fu Grip of Death and the only way I can shake it is to play it out of my system (and that's a good thing). This is one of those songs.
So here is my Ukulele cover of Eric Hutchinson's song, "Rock and Roll."
If you haven't heard this song before, PLEASE check out Eric Hutchinson (http://www.erichutchinson.com). He is absolutely tremendous.
Download the mp3 (of my crappy version) here:

"Instruments" used:
a filing cabinet
a Fluke Ukulele
a fake Martin Guitar
a Lapdrum (by SlapDrum)
a jaw harp (or the more racist term, "Jew's harp")
a paperclip container w/ paperclips
a Hohner student melodica
a beautiful* voice
Oh yeah, to fully appreciate the background references I make this video, be sure to check out Eric Hutchinson's official "Rock & Roll" music video.
