As the video starts you can see 2 men rushing inside (8 second mark) the structure just prior to E2 and T2 arrival making an initial search of the structure.

Numerous Animals survived the fire

Engine 2 hit the hydrant in front of the station at 3rd and Market street. Using the Master stream for a quick knock on the fire and had a line off.

Engine 21 hit the hydrant at Avenue and Market Street
Engine 3 hit the hydrant at 2nd and North Chestnut Street

Truck 2 had the address

Tower 32 was on (B) Side in behind of Engine 3

Rescue 5 was in the 100 block of North Market Street just north of the intersection

Effective Wednesday July 20th, 0700 any and all incident that involved
structural fires or incidents that are expected to last for an unknown
period of time that can cause or may be questioned to cause exhaustion
or medical emergencies during an event are to have a rehab attached to
the dispatch.
A significant heat wave will impact the Commonwealth starting Thursday,
July 21st. The 'hottest' day looks like it will be Friday, July 22nd.
There is some uncertainty regarding high temperatures on Saturday July
23rd & Sunday Juy24th, as a cold front may approach the region.
Heat index values will approach a maximum of 105 on Thursday, and 110 on Friday. The highest values will be experienced in highly urbanized
areas.
