NEVER spin with a sail! I'm pretty sure any captain should know to stop your routine and undo your sail.. because continuing with it is like.. ahh. nails on a chalkboard.

way too much sails!she needs more room and to clean her work a bit more..other wise it was good..and yeah..she needs to put more enthusiasm into it..also the flag work doesn't really go with the song..but yes it was good..was it her first year?did she get captain? at my school we don't audition..we become captains by our concentration,our commitment,and how advance we are...

you people need to stop hatin'! The only reason it's "boring" is it is because she is practicing flag in a place with no room, so she is not putting her all into it because she might hit something. But if she were to do it in a open space it would be really good :D

Yeah, she was practicing in the band room during lunch break. Lots of chairs and music stands to watch out for...lol

was that the actual routine, or just messing around with tricks? it wasnt very interesting and her flag kept sailing.
