Nothing seems to have changed yet, there's a slight delay in controlling Travis, and the controls are the exact same thing. L2 and R2 do nothing, while combat seems to be a bit easier to move (mainly because the analog is much larger...).

Aside from that not much else.

The code for the box is 312319, you'll find the answer scattered over the hospital.

to me the zombies arent that scary in resident evil but the mutants like monsters are freaky O.O

@p011i After you knock the nurse down, get out of the combat stance and go up to her and press x. It's a finishing move. You'll see Travis step on her back and she's done.
