Kind of late, but 1:18 is actually Samurai X: Reflection. However, it is a depiction of an event from Rurouni Kenshin.

Thank you for reloading this video. Because of this, I saw Rurouni Kenshin and Samurai X. I had no interest in the show before, but because of that shot (1:15-1:20), I had to see it. And I loved it, especially the OVAs.
