The "Water Cure", which features water and salt as curative agents, is disputed by allopathic medicine as lacking double-blind, peer-reviewed studies. This is countered by the fact that water is not patentable, is not backed by water cure research funded by any governmental or drug company, but is backed by many thousands of testimonies for preventing or curing diseases, which are actually caused by unintentional chronic dehydration.

  • This is true I laugh at fat people saying they know what is healthy.

  • Would you want to take health advice from someone the size of Robert Brown? He states you need a double blind study. Double blind studies are done on pharmaceuticals not food/nutrition.

  • @ShawnHS that is not true, double blind experiments can be done on food/nutrition as well. A double blind experiment is when neither the researcher nor researcher know who is in what group (control or w.e). Explain to me why you can not use this type of experiment in food and nutrition?

  • @jmwwd Yeah I know because I had exactly your symptoms as well.

Now also keep to a low carb diet, you can eat carbs but just eat salad and Veggies.

do not eat bread or anything with flour and no oils, except natural oils like that from fresh fish and most importantly NO SUGAR! or ALCOHOL..

    All the best!

  • He is right, when your dehydrated your body releases histamine ,causes inflammation and possible cancer.Water stops the release of histamine but actually much better than anti-histamine drugs because it works on a cellular lever.Water and fasting quickly restores the body and lowers the cholesterol faster than any drugs available today.Just try it for a few days and watch your,

    1, resting heart rate drop.

    2.watch your BP normalize.

    3.watch your asthma go away.

    4.watch your skin improve.

  • Normalize is point. Not sure I made it. High-low, fat-thin, hyper-depressed. GOOD and NORMAL, often different from average, is the objective. Healthy lifestyle, including proper hydration and sodium/magnesium balance is important. Avoid water/eating for digestion is a good idea. To be dehydrated as a result seems an inappropriate tradeoff. How can dehydrated body digest. If abdominal troubles Harvey Diamond's work should help. He had and cured severe probs naturally and advocates water.

  • "It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends upon him not understanding it." Upton Sinclair. Hats off to docs who GET natural approach. Difficult to counter trained-beliefs. All meds are 'bandaids' which mask symptoms so others will appear. CAUSE has not been corrected. Natural approaches correct function, usually neither patentable nor profitable hence much doubt and skepticism-cultured mind set. Water Cure is free to try. I benefit & love Batman!

  • YES! Obesity is sign of malfunction of the body- toxic overload. BUT being normal size is not necessarily healthy. Looking thin does not equal immune to hazards associated with excessive animal fat consumption and inactivity like prostate and stroke. Covert Baily refers to starving fat people. Lifestyle matters. Diet, exercise, fresh air, sunshine, love, laughter, hydration... Free download Your Bodies Many Cries for Water @ Waterwatercure2. Do all Batman suggests--protect against depletions.

  • Unlike medicine, post Rockerfeller&Flexner-screw-wellness-manage-sickness-for-profit report 1910, Batman, Dr Day, Hulda Clark, H Diamond, etc, focus on returning the body to health: cleansing the system to normalize function-to correct not medicate to mask symptoms. H Diamond says body constantly seeks perfection. Eat every 2 hours? Drink water 1 hr after. 1/5 requirement at once--5 minutes-5 times a day. Salt 1/8 tsp per 8 oz.

  • Hi clareity. You mention water intake improving your heart rate. Can I ask, was your heart rate too high or low prior to your getting your water intake up?

I am currently dealing with a related issue and believe dehydration to be key (for me, as a result of my avoiding water in take while eating... and having eating habits where I do it so often, I overly limit / avoid water intake.)

Appreciate any insight you can share. Thanks.

  • LOL. MY thoughts. YIKES! Never mind size. Does he LOOK healthy? I've had incredible results FAST with water cure regimen (not regiment). Three days and heart rate greatly improved. Hands feel smooth and alive and appetite is way down, enegy up.

Double standards are used to keep health promoting remedies under cover. These are a real threat to pharmecutical cartels. Mod med is not so strictly regulated as they would have us believe. Possibly 90% of drugs are not scientically tested.
