This Video was a good video because it gave you an insite from a teachers perspective. It talked about how the teachers and other collaborate together to make sure that the students are getting all the same skills that they need to be successful in the classroom and learn what they are needing to learn.

Mrs. Smith did a great job of explaining RTI. She did a great job of explaining it, and how it effects all students, not just a particular group of students. I thought it was interesting that all students recieve the same skills not matter what tier they are at. Before watching I assumed that students were learning different material based on the tier they were in.

This video discusses the ways that teachers such as Mrs. Smith uses a variety of strategies to help their students in the classroom. Mrs. Smith uses the Discover Intensive Phonics. I think that it is a good idea to do your research and find ways to better the academic achievement of students in your classroom.

I reall enjoyed this video. Ms. Smith did a great job demonstrating how students get the help they need and how Response to Intervention is helpful to all students, not just those who are struggling I also like the concept of collaboration where teachers work together to meet the needs of all students. I believe that shows their commitment and dedication to the success for their students. I think everyone has a role in helping students succeed academically! I loved watching this video!

From viewing another RTI clip, I assumed that Discover Intensive Phonics was created by the Iron Springs Elementary School faculty. In any event, I liked the collobaration model. It gives students the same skills needed to succeed. The team includes the tier teachers, principal, reading specialist and students. It is designed to help every student achieve.

This video was helpful and the teacher Ms. Smith did an awesome job explaining what is done to get the students the help they needed. She also explained collaboration which is when the teachers meet every week to help the students who are behind and finding ways to help them.

This video was helpful because it comes from a real teacher that understands the importance of collaboration and the importance of phonics instruction to help with reading skills. I liked how she imphasized how RTI helps ALL students, even the ones who don't really pose a problem with reading. This is an important concept to grasp. Good job, Mrs. Smith.
