The person who is a calling is a CIA or FBI director who informs the president of an attack (possibly terrorism).
The president would then make a decision.......

Who's calling that phone anyway? Some kind of

The clinton campaign released this ad this morning and the Obama camp had this response ad made by the afternoon. Now that's what I call being on top of things. That signals a lot about the kind of president he is going to be.

Wow you sound very uninformed. Of course you ignore the fact that Obama's entire campaign has been nothing but positive and informative about what Obama's values and beliefs are. And that Hillary voted for a war that we are currently fighting. Oh and also that NAFTA has lost a lot of jobs for hard working Americans in this country which she supported from the get go.
