The Dads- You're Alright

Another live recording at a small club in Richmond, VA in 1981. It was a few months after The Dads had formed and Mark Lewis was in the lineup. Turn up the volume. The feeling of the Richmond music scene was electric. Going Bananas was also the host to some of the most memorable live shows at the time. This recording is raw, probably made with a room microphone, but it captures the energy that was flowing around the band scene at the time. This song was also written by Bruce Terrell, who played in Boys From Skateland with Bryan Harvey before The Dads formed. Wicked lyrics! See more at:
