  • I would like to know why i should always say kellogs before i say cornflakes.

  • This was a theatrical advertisement, because there were no TV transmissions in Australia (or VERY limited experimental broadcasts) at that time- especially in color. It was the custom for advertisers to produce disguised commercials as cartoons and "promotional films", sometimes not revealing the name or image of the product until the very end of the film. Similar ads appeared in U.S. and European theaters as well...

  • Enough energy to swim 750 yards or play 4 sets of tennis. Didn't say anything about walking or biking. Maybe they are not as popular in the target area. Walking is especially popular in England, biking is most popular in Denmark, Belgium, and the Netherlands, fairly popular in the rest of Europe.

  • Many of today's ads are "dumbed down".
