Bridge Valley Road was closed from spring 2010 for work to be done near its junction with the Portway. It re-opened today, at last.

Nice vid, Dave. That's a long time to close a road. But I can see why; that hillside is very close to the roadway. Nice music, as well.

@Bryant5493 Thanks, Bryant! Actually, what I called 'hillside' is a 300 foot rock cliff. If you look at my vid "Driving in a winter wonderland", you'll see a still photo a few minutes in, showing the Portway road at the bottom of Bridge Valley Road, on the left of the gorge.
