Gentle flow, prenatal yoga designed for all 3 trimesters. Led by Anna Davis and Lisa Black; two yoga instructors, authors and educators who are also moms. Anna has a doctorate in Biophysics and Physiology and Lisa demonstrates this practice in her 8th month of pregnancy. This program is unique in that it shows modifications you should use depending upon where you are in your pregnancy.
I'm currently undergoing a personal training method to "TAME" myself but all you women of the world PLEASE forgive me if you turn me wild sometimes I'm slowly ridding myself of unnecessary primal instincts and persuing a more heavenly and angelic lifestyle. There's just something about healthy, in-shape, women who love life and bringing forth life into this world. "ROAR!"
