  • laugh if 'bess' pulled the shorts off.

  • This is a very good combination apart from the 'arm swing' I really don't understand why you're mixing isolation exercises with compound exercises in the same 'set' and then doing them as a 'super set'?? Kinda pointless when your arms and shoulders are being worked with the pull ups!
