  • The gym was packed cause today is a holiday so I went home and did this in my back yard. A big old raccoon came out and watched me! The terminators terminated me.

  • @ishabaka I love it - the terminators hopefully terminateed the raccon too. - Funk Roberts

  • hey funk, i was wondering should you stretch after or before a workout? or both?

  • @H0BnobHEAD Awesome Question - You should warm up before the workout to get the blood flowing to muscles, increase your heart rate and loosen the joints...Skipping rope for 10 minutes, jog or quick run, on the bike at the gym and then a dynamic warm up (loosen up the joints) - See my video on my channel..AFTER the workout you MUST stretch from top to bottom...see my channel for a full body stretch.. - I hope this helps - Funk Roberts

  • wicked "no-frills" work-out video, dope soundtrack;)

  • Hello~funk, first of all ,thanks for all your videos, I really appreciate you and your work.

I have a little problem. When I do the first round, I can't keep exercising all 30 seconds. And after completing it, I just feel exhausted.

Should I try to do the other two rounds, even I can just do one or two in each exercise?

Sorry for my poor English, hope you can understand what I mean.

    Best wishes~

  • I like all the variations, like the quad squat push ups. keeps the body guessing and attacks more muscle fibers. My friend that first got me into body building as a kid did a few heavy power moves and got BIG, then went into the marines and came back half the size and twice as strong cause he built ALL muscle fibers instead of pumping the crap out of a few of them. great inspiration Funk!

  • funk those terminators are sick man

  • Love these workouts from the FunkMMA employee of the Month
