  • the exhaust looks cheap. looks like some cheaply put together auto zone crap. why go away from the dual exhaust setup. looks like you just pieced some piping together from older or current kits, and then welded some support brackets. cheap.

  • Actually, it was 100% built from scratch in house. The exhaust that you see in on the car is a prototype. We will offer different muffler configurations including duals. ...we need to suit everyone's needs. :) Thanks for the input.

  • @PherociousPanda you do know it's not actually a dual exhaust right? Single in dual exit or V split from axle back to two resonators. Called symmetry.

On the subject of single vs dual tips I stuck with the dual, but hey, different strokes for different folks

  • @silentmunky because a 4 cylinder with dual exhaust is pointless and ricey

  • you need to upload another because the sound is gone because youtube sucks dick and that was pretty much the whole point of this video.

  • Hmm.. well since it was one of the first out, and is similar to most of the other single exhausts out there I guess they all are. Thick wall, Mandrel Bent, T304 SS piping, Professionally TIG welded using thick, SS Flanges is cheap I suppose. Dual's are great if you're looking for looks more then performance I guess.....

  • Hey Man, Nice Shot by Filter.

  • Actually, the car in that trim ran 12.4s with a clutch that was slipping through 3rd gear and put down over 340whp.

A little more then "pretty well stock".

I love the turbo timer = power comment though.

  • I just installed this JNZ exhaust on my X. Its Freakin Loud and power comes on way early compared to stock. With this exhaust 7000k RPM stock power was felt at 4000 RPM and you gay's that say this exhaust looks rice are on crack. The canister is way small compared to my last exhaust on my evo 8, it fits perfect, sounds loud, makes more power acroos the RPM, good weight reduction, nice welds, thick exhaust flanges, sets off car alarms and best of all shoots big ol flames when changing gears.

  • i like the exhaust could've been better though...gonna get me a white evo x soon!!!!:)

  • What's the name of the song and by who?

  • i own a gsr octane blue evo x and only have a BOV on it and this video still seems like its pretty well stock on acceleration. the exhaust looks eh.. maybe he should get a better intercooler and turbo timer and new piping to increase airflow through and out. might want to look into something more supportive to the 4b11 as well to help it hold down more psi so you could maybe cram 7-8more without being so scared. oh well.. still gotta love it. i use to own the gts then sold it. smart idea peeps
