  • I couldn't imagine not having a book. The feel of a book's cover when I caress it combined with the faint scent of the pages is bliss.

  • if i wanted to read i would pick up a book! besides, the pictures and information on science books are cool,i mean if a kid who couldnt read but liked the pictures had one of these mechanical messes it wouldnt be the same!!!! down with e-books

  • whata? they talked only about whats in past.

  • NEIL PATRICK HARRIS!!!

  • Printed books makes you aware of an information that you did not ask for but will now ask for because you are made aware of it's presence. Printed books are the catalyst of the information age for they have preserved the needed information needed to create the series of foundations leading to the information age. But your hyped overconfidence on E-Books which is also a tactic to hide their flaws, weakness, disadvantages, & shortcomings will destroy the information age because of no past history.

  • E-books equals DIGITAL DARK AGE

  • Printed books shows you all information that you need and the information you need but did not ask for because you are not aware of it. Printed books shows all information at once and allows you to choose & collate information. Printed books makes you aware of an information that you did ask for but will now ask for because you are made aware of it's presence. Printed books shows all information whether asks for or not and that raises curiosity and creativity. E-books does not have these traits.

  • These E-Books promoters and advertisers are deliberately using advertising hype to hide the disadvantages of E-Books that they can be tampered without you knowing it, electronically censored, erased back to the stone age, consumes more energy and raw materials than they are willing to admit and these computer generation and E-book generation has no wisdom and no sense of posterity that will only hasten the world down the path of a DIGITAL DARK AGE. Printed media is not easily censored, and lasts

  • Hemp paper production is non-toxic and lasts for thousands of years. Inert inks which are non-toxic already exists, especially the rediscovery of mayan blue. E-books requires continous energy consumption and a viewing equipment but a book consumes energy only during printing and a pair of eyes and 2 hands to read it. E-books promoters are using advertising HYPE to conceal the disadvantages of E-books and they have NO WISDOM to preserve the past for future generations.
