where u a dps am from the get go or just once u got into the higher lvls?

@tcclaviger AM is better in pure dps (4 dots against 2 dots) But shaman is better for soloing, since the dps/heal spec of shaman is better then for AM, this is because balance essence does normal damage where I'll take that of shaman does elemental damage. And of because of the RUN AWAY! tactic of shamans.

As a dps speced AM you can have some fun in solo(dots,detaunt,heals), but the dmg is like joke if u compare it to SW or BW, so dps AM why not, but only for fun. For serious dmg pick up the real DPS class:-)

the gear for am's (dps am's) ends on my rr wich is 55.....with full invader you can beat every class if you have skill

yes AM's do a lot more damage then shaman....they have 2 more dots...one of which is a heal debuff which makes killing targets a lot easier too

hey i got a question for u... i know u are not a shaman but from the best of your experience... is the AM better on the dps than the shaman ?

dont know why everyone says AM dps is better than the shaman but i disagree strongly, shaman has two dps tactics that outmatch any of AM's tactics. check them out and then make your conclusions if u want :) max damage an AM can see is like 800-1k , on shammy u can hit for 1500+ easy

AM crits at 1800 with current patch and this same gear....
its not opinion its fact, am dps > sham dps but both are gimped compared to what they used to be for damage sadly.

The end of dps gear at 55 is fine, by that time healbotting is old and u can dos your way into warlord and heal again. Yes, the am can put out a bit more dps than the shammy.

Forgot to mention I have a RR 5x Choppa too, and your dead right, 99% of AM are cannon fodder, GL when you can find one who kites his ass off and hits hard.

Ya I can only show what is in the SC, btw it was a Hells Missionaries premade on destro side. 2nd and 3rd groups in it were probably pugs.
