Scifags in charge of dealing with anon

I was told early morning that a scifag lady was in charge of dealing with anonymous. I then later noticed when we were protesting in front of the second building these people standing down the street talking on phones. Every time I would take pictures of them they would turn away.

These are all assumptions, they might just be random peoplez.

You don't have to inform the people you are raiding/protesting/whatevering­, but it does make things go immensely smoother if you inform the police ahead of time of what you're doing.

If you are noisy they can call the cops and have you arrested for loitering and so on.

However, if you are like 100 ppl just sitting down with placks having conversations with eachother, there is nothing they can do, however, that is a pointless protest.

Does a protestor HAVE to inform the police and/or the the peopel they are protesting in advance? I think the best thing we can do in a future raid is to do a "surprise raid".. that way they will have little time to hide behind their rolls of paper that covers their windows and breif "handlers" to deal with us. Is this possible?
