Tropico 3 is a city building game where you are building up a banana republic and you have the role of the "El president". You choose the buildings and develop your economy. You can also choose policy for your population. All this in the context of cold war where you need to please the US or the USSR. The game also have a lot of humors in the events and in the Radio as you can hear in this video.

@XTAZIRT Tropico 4 is almost exactly the same as 3, but has a few extra features such as (simple) tsunamis and such, so you really must decide for yourself.

@ganitywaltz I buy bucketloads of games and get 'em on the cheap. Tropico might be okay on PC but on console it sucks like a baldy dog's arse on wet tiles.
