* I first spoke about a chamomile conditioner, it can be found @ Priceline or Terry White Chemist, in the hair product area.

* The hair repair serum by Schwarzkopf. Found @ Priceline/Terry White Chemist aswell.

* Herbal Essences Colour Me Happy is found at local Coles & Woolworthes.

*Tresmemme Smoothing Creme is also, found @ Terry White.

*Avocado deep hair conditioner
- one avocado mushed up
- add honey (for shine) or coconut milk (for softness)
- leave in for 25 minutes.

I loved this video it taught me so many things to do to help my dry damaged hair. I will try some of these I do want to try the soymilk I have heard it's good and even better in flavors. I wash my hair every second night cuz it does start to get oily, but I don't blow dry. I do want to try the camimiol cream I dye my hair so I must try it, thanx for the tips.
