burning point of a magnifying glass , we,re not looking up in the sky , but down on a blue ( steel ) surface . It,s getting close to scorching or combusting the surface , hens the smoke . GOTCHA
-
@MrZorg2012 I think i got it , it,s a burning point made by a magnifyingglass on a blue surface ( steel ?) hens the smoke , cause the material is getting near combusting or scorching . ( we think we are looking up but we,re looking down , that,s why he doesn,t pan in or out )

i CAN,T COME UP WITH THE ENGLISH WORD BUT IS A RECORDING OF A BURNING POINT MADE BY A ,, VERGROOTGLAS,, ON A BLUE SURFACE , HENS THE SMOKE .

Instead of it being a balloon...yes, it makes much more sense to think it is some inter-galactic ship.
-
i can do that in after effects..

chip on ur lens

This looks like one of those Chinese lantern things.. someone probably lit this nearby

@pladicas not the exact same effect at all, ur link shows a bright light (baloon) exploding, an u can see the remains in the center of where the circular explosion take place, then drops.
this video shows a bright light phase from having a black ring around its boarder then it fading away leaving just the bright light, then no explosion, just three or so orbs parting from it with no exploding
That is pretty interesting. Looks like it was popping of more like that other recent video. I am curious if it was messing with your camera a bit...or does it always do that?

the video was taken with a Sony analog handy cam with 15x digital zoom and it has auto or manual focus switchable. maybe someone with more elaborate video processing equipment could enhance it or even reverse the image to give some better contrast to the objects detail and watch for the puff of smoke right before it starts to dim out which is definately in the upper atmosphere.
