2000 Intrepid R/T Acceleration

Bone stock 2000 Intrepid R/T accelerating to second gear. 3.5 liter v6 high output 242 hp FWD, with 250 ft lbs torque. Does 0-60 (MPH) in 7.8 seconds.

@Royaleboy Well I probably wouldn't be able to get much out of it even if I wanted to sell it. Had to replace the radiator because it had a huge crack in it. I think it got too hot and now the water pump is possibly going out. Not quite sure. Temp stays good, but after driving a bit, the oil light flickers when at idle. All fluid levels are good though. If I could afford it I'd take it in to get checked out. Still, with the little problems, I love the car.

Well, a diagnostic check shows a "random cylinder misfire" so i need to check and make sure the spark plugs are clean or need replacing, or the connections are all tight. Not at peak efficiency right now. Problem is, I have to take off that large plastic covering to get to it all and I just don't have time to deal with it now.

I need the PCM from your car. My ES has the limiter and it's embarrissing when you are catching up to somebodys car and it just stops accellerating. I love the ES intrepids. Sport luxury car.

yeah it sucked when i found out they were discontinuing the intrepid, i have a 1998, and this car is /was very comfy and fast, too bad it was discontinued.

@Fujimoto420 mine shows misfire all the time, its not the plugs and it only shows ive its run hard above 6k, with that said, ive got a 160,000 on my 2.7l motor, and the car has 304,000miles :D, check out my vid at 302,000 miles
