@zondrah89 Civilization is a legacy we all share as humans. No civilization can claim superiority, only a contribution. The west is just as viable and legitimate as the east and vice versa.

@zondrah89 Until recently, about 400ACE . East and west were mostly equal. The first books were written in India before there was an East vs West. Interaction with another culture DID bring Europe out of the Dark Ages but only because of exposure to classical WESTERN documents which had, in their time brought up those Muslim cultures which had kept them alive. Aristotle and Socrates brought Europe out of the Dark Ages, who were westerners. Homo Sapiens are the true master race.

@evildeathmonkey1 Who invented gun powder? China. Who wrote the first book? It was The Diamond Sutra, written in India and printed on a Chinese press 500 years before Gutenberg. Where did chocolate come from? The Aztecs, who mapped out the solar system while Europe debated the flatness of the earth. What brought Europe out of the Dark Ages? Interaction with another culture, during the Crusades.
