haha these are so cool

You should make a kickstarter project, you could easily gather the 25000$ to cover the production costs. Lots of people interested in these toys, and not enough are engineers...
Think about it dude.

This... is... Awesome!! I mean, what the hell is going on with ppl and why isn't anyone partnering with you?? God damn it, I want one of those!!!

The reason Ubisoft doesn't want this produced is because the film is due for release in 2014, and they probably don't want anyone other than the actor for Altair/Ezio/Desmond having a working hidden blade. Or maybe someone being able to create a working hidden blade is too intimidating since they probably coudln't figure it out and will have to use special effects. But I would love to use this for a short film...someone with lots of money please partner with this guy.

WHY HAS NO ONE INVESTED IN THIS!!!!!!, i would literally kill for one of these, if people thnk it is bad to sell this to children, why sell kids toy guns...or swords, or laser swords that are specifically designed to chop peoples limbs off, THIS NEEDS TO BE SOLD SOMEWHERE!!

@churchx13x He will butter his bread, and it will never see him coming.

HOW?!
Ive went through like 20 videos of these things, cause me and a friend are planning on making one ourselves, and yours is by far the most professional and awesome looking. I even watched a video where a kid was using a freaking butter knife for his. seriously.

For people wondering about the mechanism: Its an OTF (Switchblade) type mechanism. There is a system on top which pushes the OTF switch back and forth every time he pulls the string. ITS ALL custom built pieces. It would be very hard to recreate if you dont have lots of supplies, or if you are not used to engineering and making things like props.
