Out of curiosity... Should your legs be as far out to the sides as possible? Like a "middle split"? Or are you allowed to have your legs in front of you as long as they are straight? Thanks.
@pqxxedf They aren't supposed to be straight out to the side because that doesn't allow you to rotate your hips to get a higher, more hyperextended to touch. It's more like a really wide "V". It should give the illusion (unless you look at it from the side) that they are in a split form though.
