I Hate This Town...

A video I made after finding this song that I now absolutely can't get enough of. Please, if anyone has the lyrics can you post them?

I've received a few messages asking to share my story behind the video, so here it is.

I grew up in Bowling Green, KY as did my now, ex-gf of four years. Our senior year of HS ('08) we applied to Western Kentucky University and were accepted, but she had also applied to Arizona State University where in July '08 she received her letter of acceptance and is now attending.

My heart was (and still is broken). I hate this town because everything that's wonderful about it, many of my greatest experiences and most memorable times here, we shared together.

I was miserable and frustrated because I had no idea how to express my feelings without saying something that would upset her when we spoke over the phone, until I heard this song. Everything I wanted and needed to say, this song was saying for me. I honestly cannot express how thankful I am for that.

For the past seven months I prayed every night asking god for help and he came through, he truly did.

Excellent video -- amazing it was just done by someone who likes the song, and not by the record company. Great choice of images & treatment of them -- really makes the point of the song, using that photo of her walking away. Fine job.
