Palisade, Colorado is a fruit and wine town. Each spring, the orchards blossom on the mesa tops, creating an explosion of color in this idyllic country setting. The Wine Country Inn serves as the perfect hub for bike rides and wine tasting to the area's many wineries. March and April are a great time for shutterbugs, foodies and golfers. These are also the months for Spring Barrel tasting to try the young wines with food and wine pairings.
