แกงอ่อมอีสานเน้นใส่ผักเยอะๆ ยอดฟักทอง ผักชีลาว ต้นหอม ใบชะพลู หัวข่าอ่อนหั่นแว่น ที่สำคัญปลาร้า

แต่ที่เห็นในคลิป มันเมือนต้มแซ่บมากกว่ามีข่าทั้­งต้น แถมใส่ใบมะกรูดและผักชี(หรือคื่­นช่าย) แกงอ่อมอีสานไม่ใส่ใบมะกรูดผักช­ีหรือคื่นช่ายเด้อ

@Photomicro It is not a cooking show. The show is about traveling to different places, including places where you can find cheap but tasty food. Besides, it not somewhat right to reveal all the ingredient. Some food venders or sellers ain't feel comfortable to answer too many questions. That is because of the competitions. The guy is well aware of that and he respects it. However, in some of his shows, he explains a little bit about how to make food, ingredients or recipes.
