if you look at it one way...not to split hairs, law over the government was made to protect the freedoms of man. we the people being civilized and not in an anarchist state hired police to protect us so we may have those freedoms. but in this case we are sacrificing one freedom to have another...it's a catch 22. we either worry about getting attacked by terrorist cells already here, or we worry about being hauled in for what we said on the phone, or internet. damn it... whatya do? fight? yes.
