  • Lyke omgz you're totally right.

Couldn't possibly be the fact that she's suing over a 2 second, non-profit still image.

    You got me.

  • Meh...her best work was on camwhores

  • YOU'VE STOWLEN MY SOWELLE!!!

  • Actually, Richeter Scales offered to put her name in the credits. She refused. Nice try.

  • lane hartwell?

    more like lame hartwell, amirite?

  • Lane sucks!

  • Oh, & since most of the pictures you've posted have Ms Hartwell's watermark on them, and what with the lengthy introduction you've given her... there's nothing wrong with this video apart from the fact you're taking a closed-minded, petty, immature view of the entire situation. Good luck with that.

  • All she wanted was a little recognition for her hard work and respect for what she does. Permission and her name in the credits would have done it - it wasn't Ms Hartwell who blew things out of proportion.

For the record, she was going to donate the fee to charity. You guys are petty and sad.

  • it was a quick shot for ONE FRIGGIN SECOND. now if they used it as the cover for their album or something, i'd understand. but it was a simple shot of a guy shown for a second, and not even a particularly good one.

  • it wasn't even a particularly good picture - just a quick headshot.

  • It's what she does for a living, you jackasses. If something you created for profit was used without you being paid you'd have a hissy fit, I'm sure. If this band, which is a commercial entity, is too stupid to get permission to use copyrighted material, then they deserve to be sued, and after having declined a chance to be responsible I hope Lane gets a nice settlement.
