Frank Bugely was born March 3, 1958 in Newark, New Jersey to Arthur and Beatrice Bugely. He spent seven years in the US Army and then worked as a shift supervisor for Affiliated Foods in their warehouse. Frank passed away Friday May 1, 2009 at Israel Family Hospice House in Ames, Iowa at the age of 51. He is survived by his parents, Arthur and Beatrice Bugely; his partner, Matthew Rogers; four brothers, Mark, Joe, William and Neil; two sisters, Valerie and Deanna and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Vance, John and Arthur, Jr.
