yup irish band.. they were from dublin, though the moment he said from "around these parts" i had a sinking feeling he was going to refer to a british band or something. but then i remembered that cedric really knows his stuff =]

Surprised he's heard of eastenders. Its a shambolic british TV soap opera which has had the same reoccuring theme for last 25 years with the same fucking people. If your song is played in the "Caf"(coffee shop) or the "Queen Vic"(the pub) your music has immediately lost all credibility. So if they actually mentioned the Queens of leon by name in the show, well, thats the end really.
Did he really say that? i missed the first 10 minutes of the show, damn.....
