Try early ultravox before Midge Ure rolled up, the second album Ha!Ha!Ha! should fit your needs, for a sample try a youtube search for Rockwrock,

@pondscum77 ty Pondscum this is the only song that I know by these guys but its a tad catchy only problem i got with it, its sexually suggestive but hey its got a great beat to it and it's not hard to forget once you hear it in any classic game like Driver Parallel Lines for instance but thank you for posting it.
