This music sounds fiendishly difficult to sing...lots of sustained exposed high notes requiring a complete mastery of the breath. How does she do it?! Brava Dame Kiri.

In paradisum is an antiphon from the traditional Latin liturgy of the Roman Catholic Requiem Mass. It is sung by the choir as the body is being taken out of the church.
May angels lead you into paradise; upon your arrival, may the martyrs receive you and lead you to the holy city of Jerusalem. May the ranks of angels receive you, and with Lazarus, the poor man, may you have eternal rest.
