I appreciate the fact that this guy has helped a lot of athletes... but it's kinda hard to take him seriously when his gut flops out on every jump. Hopefully he walked away with a copy of p90x. I lost my shit when he touches Tony's abs. He looks so defeated.

Gil Thomas will bring a lot to explosive Plyo in p90x2 I hope..ive tryed those moves and they rock after a few weeks
