PopGeo is a fun way to learn where the US STATES, state CAPITALS, NATIONAL PARKS and major CITIES are located.
Your goal is to TRAVEL AS FAR AS POSSIBLE by DRAGGING the targets onto their correct destinations, which are marked with a pin on the map.
Watch the MILE COUNTER go up each time you succeed (miles add up from Washington, DC).
The game includes:
- States and state capitals, statehood dates, NICKNAMES, ABBREVIATIONS, and the BEAUTIFUL SEAL for each state
- National parks, including the date of establishment and a BEAUTIFUL MINI-PICTURE illustrating each of them
- Major cities that you should know about (including those that are not state capitals)
Great SOUND EFFECTS and subtle use of ANIMATION makes the adventure entertaining -- like PINS DROPPING FROM THE SKY at the beginning, and labels 'popping' up.
Perfect for you, your kids and your friends. Who will travel the farthest WITHOUT LOSING?

Why isn't there an option to view the state borders while you play? And why don't the names of all the States you find remain where they are? I'd buy it if they added those features. Wasn't educated here and still trying to memorize the geography.
