Dinner service aboard the Washington Dulles - Paris Roissy CDG A380's Affaires (Business) cabin, on the upper deck. Lovely food, fantastic airplane! Except, serving appetiser, cheese course and dessert course on the same tray is quite tacky. But what a great way to fly! The aircraft is truly remarkable. HMMMM.... Elles ont l'air sympa vos coquilles Saint Jacques aux pois gourmands et riz safrané.....

Le tout arrosé d'un petit blanc de Cassis ou un rosé de Bandol, c'est comme vous voulez..... J'en salive.....

Le dessert c'était quoi ?

On a l'air de bien manger sur Air France......

hot FA!! btw, i saw you've flown both BA and AF Business class, overall (seat, food, IFE, FA, Service) which one is better?

@JMinD3UK Hard to say! Probably preferred AF just a tad, due to their food and classiness. But the BA lounge at Heathrow 5 was amazing... Of note (per my Japanese exchange below - sorry a bit hard to read): getting cheese and dessert served all at the same time with the appetiser did not make sense and while it's supposed to be due to the short flight time, other carriers properly serve each separately. Staff were nice on both... Seats too... Oh, but CDG is horrific. Still prefer AF!!!

@jk758 Hi - yes, he was. He was very polite and did a great job. I must say the whole crew felt like they were hand-picked for the A380, though that probably wasn't the case. They were all very polite and handsome and elegant. Interestingly there were no women in Business class, only in Economy downstairs! Go figure.

そうらしいです。大西洋路線だけが、一つの盆に前菜、サラダ、デ­ザートと全部同時に出てきて、それから前菜のお皿だけが交換され­主菜が出されるようです。中近東路線もアジア路線も、別々に出て­きます。実を言うと、あまり良くないです。折角ビジネスに乗って­いるのにちゃんと丁寧に出してもらうのは、客室乗務員が忙しいだ­けで、そんなに時間を要する物ではありません。デルタ、ユナイテ­ッド、英国航空、ルフトハンザ、などなどで頻繁にこの路線を飛ん­でいますが、全部バーンと出すのはAFだけ。また、お客さんも皆­食べ方が解からないんです！前菜、サラダ、デザートを一気に食べ­てしまって、それから主菜が出てくる・・・よく映像を見ると、隣­の方もそうでした。いまいちでした。

2011年冬、CDG-NRTをA380ビジネス・クラスで飛び­ましたが、その時は前菜・主菜・デザートと3回に分けてサービス­されましたよ。フライト時間の関係なんでしょうかね‥‥？
