Thanks for sharing this info. I knew that BFL was about CLA, HMB and other stuff like this rather than dieting and working out!

I do resistance training 4 days a week and cardio four days a week. I eat balanced protein carb fat meals consisting of food as close to organic as I possibly can get. Supplementation doesn't replace working out and proper diet, it supplements it. Nothing I take is unhealthy or unnatural . Have you read Body for Life? It sound like you haven't. It's best to judge after you have all the facts.
