@ZanciiiC We understand ticky tacky to mean недоброкачественный, халтурный, паршивый, недоброкачественный материал. However, the word ticky-tacky did not exist until Malvina made it up for her song "Little Boxes." If you translate it to Russian, it will lose its charm.
