RCT3 Soaked. I think if you buy the RCT3 Gold pack, it should include that version as well.
Basically all I did was point the laser emitters down as far as I could get them using the Fireworks Show Timeline Editor. I then created lights that were rotated just a little above horizontal. When you apply them to the emitters that are already rotated, you will get an "upside down" light.

u can make them rave (dance) its a cheat. rename each of your park visitors to "Shifty" as they walk under the lights and they will stop where they are and start dancing (waving their arms around n stuff) prety cool

No, that is not a cheat. You can however rename them to "Frontier" and they will all clap for a sec, OR you can move the ground below them with the land editor ;)
