The next segment of the wacky 1972 television special called The Case starring the unlikely pairing of Cliff Richard and Tim Brooke-Taylor. The madcap chaos begins when Cliff's case gets switched with that of a couple of bank robbers. Having caught their boat, Tim is finally able to dress like a man until a mix-up in cabin accomodations causes him to want to be a woman again! Part four. (Please note that we are not including any of the musical performances by Olivia Newton-John or the other artists featured, as we believe these have all been uploaded already on other channels.)

I think your description is a bit off- Tim's Lady Constance De Coverlet voice was much more shrill and sillier than the one he uses here.
