The story goes like this; Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura are all friends and stuff (that's why the flashbacks) and then one day Sasuke and Naruto kiss, then it happens again, more heatedly, and finally Sasuke just leaves the other two cuz he feels he shouldn't have done it. He starts hanging out with Suigetsu who's the bad boy of the crowd, so everyone thinks it's his fault for having dragged Sasu away and making Naruto emo. XD
