so im confused...why not complete the quest up until madanach gives you your shit, wait until his douche squad leaves (right before you leave the markarth ruins and enter the fight with the guards,) and kill his ass inside the ruins that way you get the armor and the ring from the other douche?

@MyPetFish2 find the evidence chest and itll be there i used to be a giant thief and found the chest in whiterun all my confiscated goods were in there from the start of skyrim it was awsome

when i got arrested in here after the quest and when i payd off my bounty they took my dragonbane! since it was stolen. idk how to get back in and get it from the chest

I was afraid of loosing my stuff so I put my daedra artifacts and weapons in my chest at my home in windhelm. Still had my Badass spells. So at the end I got nothing and I was like " I KNEW IT". Then I saw this video and I was like -_- ... I am such a retard.
