Ballista bow

This ballista bow was created for LARP, but I just HAD to try using regular arrows, and it went pretty well, now I have to build a tougher and stronger one so I can really use it at an archery range.

Cet arc balliste a été créé pour le GN, mais j'ai pas pu résister a essayer avec des vraies fleches, et ca c'est plutot pas trop mal passé :) , maintenant je dois en construire un plus solide et plus puissant pour pouvoir vraiment l'utiliser sur cible.

I've considered making something like this, except instead of the twisted cable I was going to use springs, a bit like how a mouse trap works. This is the first torsion bow i've seen anyone make. Lots of tension bows, however a torsion bow has the potential for more power than a tension bow of the same size. cool vid!
