Strange. the city was destroyed in 1998, but F22 Raptor wasn't fully in service at those times. and.. in Re3 there was only one nuclear missile. Outbreak: bitch please!

@FrankHunter3050 Not totally reliable, true, but mostly, better than other sources, which don't say anything. I don't recall it saying anything about Rebecca, but I'll certainly take another look at it.

Archives is not totally reliable. It also says that Rebecca Chambers died in Racoon City. Also, the Japanese version of Survivor states that some R&D team wrote that file.

If you look at the photo, you'll see one large crater with three smaller craters within it...what was the point in sending cruise missiles if you have a nuclear missile heading there anyway.

It never says, and we have no way of really knowing, but it sounds exactly like him in the Decisions, Decisions scenario.:)
And also, Nicholai escaped from Raccoon City, with Survivor and Archives as proof of it, so he could very well be on the phone.:)
