Question about the glide event. What would happen if you landed on the road above the glide target? Would it just take your distance from the center as if you were on the same level as it, or would it include your height as well?

You should've gotten the hammertoss. You can graze the bottom of helicopters and almost destroy them and destroy tanks in almost one hit.
