  • @MsPheonah I assume the net present value of the house your aunt is renting is atleast Ksh 40 million, and even at that vaulted value for a 3 br house in Loresho, it means, at Ksh 240, 000 a month the return on investment for the landlord will be realized in almost close to fourteen years. Assuming the NPV for a unit, in the apartments on this video, is ksh 10 million then at the market rate at which your aunt is paying rent, the apartments on this video will go for Ksh 60, 000 a month.

  • @K they're done...Ruto will be picked up regardless. These two buffoons will end up now in jail. Ujinga ni mbaya n worse than a dog bite!

  • Witness tampering is a crime by itself. This is a big win for the new Okampo six

  • @MsPheonah @daddycliff You have lied! Ksh 240k in Loresho for a 3 Bed! Unless your aunt has been cheated!

  • I've seen several instances where Kenyan reporters get cost figures way off the mark, and this looks like one of those instances. Surely, those apartments can't be going for Ksh 120,000-150,000. A cursory look at them and assuming they are located in an upscale neighborhood, I'll appraise the rent to be no more than Ksh 50,000. However, the more pressing question is: who is paying for them? If it's tax payers then the government has some explaining to do with regard to the over-the-top cost.

  • these 2 deserve to be taken to Nyayo house, huko basement

  • wondering who coatched who in this matter, i hope it will not turn out that ruto is even the one who coached them to twist the story, politics is a dirty game, whoever speaks the truth only time will tell, may the honest man win!

  • 120 & 150Kshs/month? Where is KNHCR getting the funds from? Taxpayers? This body should be scraped fortwith squandering funds that they should have used to sustain several IDP's being used to house two crooks. Shame

  • rags to luxury to jail....vijana ignorance ni mbaya
