@organboi Every great conductor has their own views, styles and interpretations of a particular piece...that is what makes classical music so interesting. They orchestra may consist of very talented, experienced musicians--but they are not mind-readers.

Well, you must be an amateur (at best) yourself organboi, who has no inkling about what happens in the professional world of music. This is the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, and I can assure you that every single musician on stage was focused on what the Maestro was telling us. In future, please keep your comments to fields where you have some understanding of the subject matter.
