Tribute to John Hughes (1950 - 2009)

A very special musical tribute to brilliant director and visionary John Hughes. His films inspired myself and millions of kids around the world when we were young and even as adults, the messages he made remain just as clear. This is another very popular tribute I made for JoBlo.com last year and I can now finally share it with everyone on YouTube and beyond. Enjoy and RIP John Hughes!

This is a great synopsis of all of his films. As I have only seen about half of them I must see the other half. A personal fave of mine I think should have finished higher: Planes, Trains and Automobiles which to my mind is pure comedy gold. John Hughes's comedy was so good because he mixed the pathos with humour perfectly. Life enhancing and sad to say he is not here anymore to experience it. Rest in peace John and thanks for the laughs.
